Haiti Offering Update

Our original call for the offering for Haiti was to raise money in the midst of disaster.  It's been called to our attention that there was some confusion as to where that offering is going.... 

There are two funds to give two - and rather than make several inquiries each week, we've been splitting the amounts to go to both of the offerings....  They are:

·         Code 3613 goes to ADRA.  ADRA does basic disaster relief around the world (excluding the US), and the funds contributed there will go to help whatever ADRA is doing for Haiti. 

·         Code 3737 goes to the North American Division.  This Haiti Disaster code is to specifically assist SDA members and organizations both now and in the weeks to come as they recover and rebuild after this disaster.

If you are uncomfortable with our splitting that and intended your donation to go straight to ADRA or the NAD, then please email Jim Pope before February 10th, when he sends the remittances to the Oregon Conference and let him know your intentions.
